Chateau Development, LLC, operates more than 1,200 apartment units in seven communities on two campuses in the Lincoln, Nebraska, area. Prospective tenants may select from among more than 60 different floor plans for apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms. Chateau Development properties offer such amenities as health and fitness centers, swimming pools, and nature trails for walking and cycling.
Chateau Development has five communities within the Trailview group in the northern part of Lincoln. Chateau Gardens is geared to serving the needs of seniors who lead an active lifestyle. Its one- and two-bedroom units in a controlled-access community feature washing machines and dryers, kitchens fully equipped with microwaves and other conveniences, and scenic balcony views of the tranquil natural setting. The apartments at Adriana Court are situated within easy access to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Nebraska Wesleyan University, as well as a variety of dining and shopping opportunities. At Chateau Meadows, some floor plans include the option of soaring cathedral ceilings, and the community lies directly along a hiking and biking trail. Chateau La Fleur’s and Charleston Court’s apartments and townhomes (some with three bedrooms) feature large living spaces and picturesque views.
Two communities complete the Chateau Development group on the Parkview campus toward the south part of town. Chateau Terrace aims to provide the most comfortable living spaces possible, with spacious great rooms, gourmet kitchens, and luxurious bathroom suites. Alena Court’s units offer oversized master bedrooms and walk-in closets, as well as a complete complement of kitchen appliances.
The company’s managers are committed to rewarding long-term tenants. Residents who have lived at one of the Chateau Development properties for at least 10 years achieve recognition as part of the Platinum Club, which honors them with plaques in one of the main offices and special attention from the maintenance staff.
